Hello and welcome to my website! I am Kevin Thorne, a licensed clinical social worker with a private psychotherapy practice located in Bowie, Maryland.  

I have several years of experience in treating adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, aging in place concerns, adjustment disorders, and life coaching.  

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work at Howard University, Washington, DC in 2006. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland in 2003.

Many are stuck and longing for change. I found that therapy can create the spark to empower a person to influence their life in ways they desire. I look forward to speaking with you and answering questions that you may have.
